Apparently they just vote for whoever they like. The current holders of the World Cup are in 5th, behind England and Brazil are still number 1. Fucking farce.

Beacuse of their 'poor post-world cup performance'. And England rise beacuse they have beaten Greece, Andorra and Macedonia.
Why the hell are Germany still 8th? 3rd in the World Cup (beating good teams along the way) and then hammering San Marino 13-0, and they still aren't in the top 5.
FIFA have no idea how to rank the world.
