The Distillers. although maybe they had something out before Sing Sing Death House?

Good Charlotte. their self titled album was pretty good, then they seemed to think they had some kind of hip-hop credentials.

Liz Phair - Exile In Guyville

Fantastic debut followed by a career that rarely exceeds MOR

I hate to admit it but i also like a lot of the songs on "Hooray For Boobies" by the Bloodhound Gang...i think thats more of a guilty pleasure than a genuinly "good" album by a bad band though.

If that's the Offspring album I think it is, then it was the staple of just about every party when I was about 16/17. So I quite like it, despite being in a genre I generally hate.

that was the first alternative album i bought when i was in primary 6.

i was amazed and shocked as a 9 / 10 year old when he says motherfucker in Bad Habit.

i had the bad habit t shirt, with a skelton hanging out a car on the front and that line written in big letters on the back...albeit a few years older lol
