Here's something you might be interested in.

There's a big budget, polemical, mainstream creationist documentary called "Expelled - No Intelligence Allowed" coming out in the states (and then here) soon. It sounds all sorts of ludicrous (blaming the theory of evolution for Naziism etc). But it looks like it's going to be pretty big.
Just advance warning so you have the harpoons manned in good time.

The tagline is: "Big science has expelled smart new ideas from the classroom...What they forgot is that every generation has its Rebel!"

the people who argue over either of these views are as stupid as each other. they are not going to convince the other to change their views and neither of the groups are going to vanish so really its a useless fight that shows the assholes of each party.

not aimed at alex.

i think that makes sense but im not going to go any further as iv seen how seriously the other threads are taken.

Science is always changing its views, Religion is (almost by definition) completely unshifting.

It's more that Creationist CAN'T convince scientists, due to creationism being provably false.

creationists want scientists to shut the fuck up because they are ruining the basis of their religion yeah?

you wouldn't go upto a Muslim and tell him he is wrong would you? because it is pointless, ignorant and in away a bit racist, same applys to creationists i think.
