BBC News site - article comments

I think the BBC news site is turning into a big pile of shit. Has anyone seen the new feature that allows you to leave comments on news stories? I've not read a bigger pile of shit apart from YouTube comments. I used to read the BBC news site a lot but the comments that get added and pass through moderation are ridiculous. They have good people write the articles and then morons that moderate comments added by readers.

So many of the posts are infuriating, racist, ignorant, uninformed and the spelling is fucking atrocious. How can you have a site with generally well written articles poisoned with so much user generated garbage?

Seriously though, someone should make a BBC Have your say comment generator, it would be pretty easy to do. Just mention all the subjects I raised in my last post, no matter how irrelevant to the topic being discussed.

My favourites are the ones that say we should elect the BNP to get rid of islamic extremists.

Awesome idea, let's get rid of one group of nazis, by electing the nazis. Then we could elect some kind of turbo-nazis to get rid of the nazis that we elected to get rid of the islamist nazis, or something, I dunno.
