No, I didn't know about this.

Gutted, I'd have love to have seen this, and I'm sure Shiona will be doubly gutted when I tell her, as she's really interested in tornados.

According to an article I saw on BBC this week, about another similar cloud somewhere else in the UK, this is basically just a tornado that hasn't touched down.
