i seriously feel sick after watching that game. It was a joke. The ref was a joke and Porto were a joke. Vitor Bija ruined his reputation tonight, as did the rest of the porto team. Deco was the only decent player for them tonight.

Well done to Celtic. The proved to the world a lot of things tonight, and thats something everyone can take back from tonights game.

im no celtic fan, but the attitude of the porto players, and the referee's lack of bravery made me physically frustrated... trying not to sound tacky - celtic were the winners tonight...

Porto players were cheating all over the place. Although, i have to say, it's not as if he swung the game for any team i.e. giving a dodgy penalty. Lets hope Celtic keep up this run of glorious faliure until Saturday at least!

Vitor Baia is a fucking disgrace

and derlei... the amount of times that guy " couldnt play on" cos he was injured soooo much he had to get stretchered off.

And the porto coach said in an interview was these dirty tactics from celtic normal in their own country...would they get away with it in scotland... i was like hello!

Anyways, yeah i missed the presentation alst night miko...and im glad i did...wouldnta be able to cope.

On a more positive note I am really proud of my time... they showed that they cant just be overlooked and the way they pulled back from the goals and an awful first half was amazing.

MON THE HOOPS!

Yeah, such a shame that Celtic had to play a team of ballerinas. What can you say though, that's football. Sometimes you come up against that. I was really frustrated watching the game. Every minute there was a Porto player rolling around like he'd been pole-axed (barring the Balde tackle). Porto did nothing to make a good reputation for themselves or Portugese football last night. Well done to Celtic for a decent showing and getting Scottish football back on the map. The two normal time concedes by Celtic were poor defensive goals to lose. You can't really afford to switch off the way they did for the goals. Take nothing away from Celtic though. Played well, and were unlucky. Would've liked to have seen the introduction of Maloney earlier, and maybe more Scottish flags around, but hey ho. There we go.

Gary V1 is on a distinguished road
As the famous philospher E Guerrero once said:

'If you're not cheating, you're not trying' and try Porto did. As O'Niel pointed out after one of the Porto goa;ls it was 5 minutes again till the kick off.
There was a couple of incidents that really stick out in the mind, one was the goalkeeper getting a wee trip, rolling over 3 times, finishing 20 yards form where it happened and taking 3 or 4 minutes to get better.
Another was one where I cant remember the 2 players but a celtic player but in a stron but fair challenge near the corner flag, clearly taking the ball but knocking the Porto player onto the track. A free kick was given for this?? I dont understand and its a bloody cheek to question the ethics of Celtic and Scottish football as a whole. After witnessing both Portos and Boavistas attitude to the beautiful ame it really does leave a sour taste in your mouth.
Anyway I dont think celtic can blame the ref or the antics of the Porto players for their defeat as no decsion really turned the game or anything like that, apart from Baldes sending off which I dont think you can really complain about much.

Celtic were brilliant and in particular Henrik Larson showed that he is one of the best in the world when it comes to finishing. 2 chances and 2 goals, what more can you ask for. Anyway they must now concentrate on the league finale and Im looking forward to both Rangers and Celtic making an impact in europe next year.
