How do you make a relationship last?

you've probably just not met the right person yet, you shoudnt worry about how long it lasts, just get to know each other and take it one day at a time

In the meantime, enjoy being single!

Most realtionships among young people last about a month, thats when people start to get bored like. But yeah keep goin and soon you will be with someone who gets really into you aswell and it will last a bit longer

Just try not be to pushy or over touchy feely as thats a sure fire way to put someone off you if you haven`t been seeing them that long

Or if u are being touchy feely make sure its appropriate. I had a bird who kept trying to snog me at bus stops and stuff when theres loadsa grannies and kids about! Oh and try not to think about how long its going to last, if u say to yourself "This is gonna be long term" u are just setting yourself up for a bad fall. Well, thats my opinion!

Yes She is right.

I know that I am 28 years old and I still have a hard time with them .. I personally believe relationships will always be hard.. and if you really want one to work, you have to both be willing to put in 50/50

you just have to find someone who genuinely wants you, which I seem to find extremely difficult.

my heartbreak has become folklore in these parts... but um i did have a lasting relationship once (it did last 2 1/2 years)

the trick is to not have too much sex too quick - i had to stay "dry", as such, for the first year till she was ready for me to insert myself. Then once you got the balls rolling, shall we say, you gotta slowly pick up the pace a little... maybe once or twice a week at first then slowly move that up to once or twice a day.

Respect is important, respect her needs - wash before sex, sometimes after it too just to keep the piece... sorry peace. And try to satisfy her desires, but then again she probably going to lie because no man knows where the hell the damn spot is anyway - and any man that says he does is probably lying or misled by a girls lying...

maybe thats why i havent had sex in nearly 2 years?

Don't focus too much on making it last, just have fun. If you both wanna be together and want it to last, it will.

I don't believe it when people say "if it's gonna last between you, then it will just happen".If you both want it to last that'll make it last, don't believe in all this fate shite.

But yeah.....just have fun & when you find someone you wanna be with..go for it!
