360 fucked. where to send for warranty repair?

The xbox site is useless listing pretty much everything you need to know if you are a UK/Canada customer but nothing for the UK customer. I know some of you have had to send it back for repair so I'm wondering if you have any contact details that I can use to get this sorted?

Not to sure, i take it your shop warrenty run out?
you could always just give customer services a ring.

either that, or box it up and cash converters it.

I've sent a repair request through the support site for Xbox, just waiting for a response. It's actually quite clever because it uses the serial number and gives you a bit of info about the console and it's warranty period so you can get it repaired for free without proof of purchase.

I think i have my receipt somewhere, i've had it less than a year so I can take it back and get a brand new one with the new fan and processor.

if you can get it back to the shop do it. storys of xbox repairs are a bit hit and miss. from reading the forums, some people have a great experience, but others tell of getting back refurbished consoles that last for a few months.

Yeah, i'll look up the reciept and go for an exchange with the new model. It's terrible. I can't remember the last time a bit of hardware like a games console or other type of computer has had so many issues across the board in terms of hardware failures.

i phoned them up and they had a courier at my door 2 hours later to pick it up!

Did you phone up the international number?

uk customer support helpline on the xbox website, they email you a return slip, print it out slap it on your packaged up xbox, phone them back to say it's ready and they get ups round. the day i phoned they asked if i was going to be at home all day, said yes, and the guy turned up after lunch to take it. was really surprised.
still had to wait a month for it to get fixed though.
they replaced the motherboard and processor and it runs a bit quieter now.

i might just do that then, if only i could find the phone number. All i get is the US and Canada numbers.
