Playing guitar
i play guitar a lot better when im sitting down... how do i play as well when im standing up? any help appreciated

As 'hardcore' as it looks, don't have your guitar strap set so low your johnson could dangle over your pickups. Set your strap a lot higher and its much easier to play, despite looking like a tube.

Just plug your guitar into the mains, you get such a shredding sound it doesnt matter if you play in time.

start...with strap quite high and make it progressivley longer. in time it will easy play and mabye look "cool"

i lol, i went completly the other way from that. I used to play my guitar at my knees, now i play i at my chin....ach well.
Practise while you're standing up rye, you'll get used to it.

it just takes a wee while to get used to using the muscles in your wrists, using a stress ball and bending your wrist around as far as itll go helps you develop the muscles.
