I just remembered something. Elixer string last for a while and they're really slink on the fingers cause they're a coated string. They're pricy and maybe a touch duller, but they last for months.

I know ( bosco said how to ) sort crackling dials, but what about the double dials, or whatever they are called ( http://www.ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.asp?model=BTB406QM ) its a midshift dial, with a mid dial above it, and it crackles a hell of alot, any help welcomed

I think they were the first roundwound string.. pretty good. Elites are nice and bright too. DR Hi-Beams are meant to be great., but they're pretty expensive. Also I've been looking for Blue Steels for years but have never seen them up here.

does anybody know where to get a review for a palmer vb-05 (not fretless).
just won one on ebay and cant find a review anywhere.

i'll prolly get new pickups for it too. any suggestions?
