my setting's ... *give you a wed 13 / casey chaos style bitey vocal*

on the pa *mic channel* use......

bass- 2 o'clock
middle- 3 o'clock
treble- between 4 + 5 o'clock

use the medium room reverb *beside the pa master effects* and crank the effects on mic channel to about 1 o'clock
also put on a tiny little bit of effects return *shud be beside the pa master volumes* to give you a slight ghosty echo *you'll barely notice it but its there !

this beats spending money and it sounds good too !
hope it helps !!

best bet either a zoom rfx1100 or rfx2200 depending on what you want to spend.

both rackmountable and you can buy a foot controller for about an extra 20 bucks. Soundcontrol will most likely have both so go have a listen.

This is going to vary with every venue, desk, effects unit. so its not really helpful advice. glad it works for you though.

best bet, using neither of them, cos they suck, and if you use them, you'll suck.

zoom sucks.

zoom sucks.

each to their own, but i sell them regularly to many bands - predominantly function/wedding bands - who lets be honest, tend to have a much greater need and much more money to buy decent vocal effects than most original bands. and i've never had anyone bring either back.

zoom guitar gear is shit, but their hi tech stuff is superb for the money.

just had a shot of a Lexicon Mx200 which is a great buy for the 150 bucks. Dundee SoundControl should have a Jbl and Lexicon Stand in soon as the rep has just been in to see me in the Kirkcaldy branch, worth going and having a snoop.
