i prefer rainbow, mountains of places online and a place in glasgow someone showed me a while back.

i prefer shopping online to an extent coz its way cheaper, but if it was somthing sosting over , lets say.... 200, id rather play it 1st in-store.

no we aren't.

and blair, that's fair enough. But as what is now a large chain of shops, a certain degree of formality has to be in place, as all the stores (large and small) adhere to the same rules and guidelines for displays, sales procedure etc. This means that some of the smaller shops (e.g. Dundee) will seem a bit more formal than other shops of their size, but also means we have far more reach in terms of the range of stock and price flexibility than shops of a more independent, homespun nature,and far, far more in the way of customer support/ aftersales than online retailer.
However, as far as formality goes, I would still say in comparison to another large retail chain, such as Dixons for example, the atmosphere and structure in our shop is far less rigid and formal.

im not havin a dig at you persinally but i suppose on that topic im primarily comparing SC to Rainbow. I feel far more comfortable going into Rainbow with a retarded face on asking stupid questions than going into SC and doing the same.

suppose so. i hold gruges alot too so the fact i got ripped off has made me dislike SC for a long time.
