maybe i just dont know enough but i dont think you get that sort of cymbal set up with some cheap drums. the youth club we practised at got one of those starter kits for quite cheap though and its tama so its better than session pro
but only hi hats and the classic ride/crash ambiguous cymbal nice and cheap ![]() |

www.virtuosoinstruments.com to get a decent kit you'd be lookin at £350 at least but theyre really good for the price, and the hardware and cymbals you get are really good too for the price. You'll probably need to re-skin it up as with most kits cos the skins you get on it are shite but that could be my preferance. For about £350 i got a 5 piece kit, hi hats, 2 crashes and all the hardware. You can get a ride cymbal and stand from there for pretty cheap and they also stock remo heads

But you can get Sabian Pro Sonic's for around £199 (maybe its £175) which are not great but are adequate. Thats 14" hats, 16" crash and an 18" Crash/Ride (i think) Sabian B8's are cheaper, but sound a lot worse. think they are around £125 for the set??? As it happens, I'm still looking for a kit.
When I say cheap I mean cheap as in relatively cheap. I'm planning on paying this up, so it doesn't have to be really cheap, just cheapish. I'm looking for a good gigging quality kit, I say cheap at about 800-1000 you know, that's the cheap I'm looking for, thanks to all those for suggestions. cheap-cheap!!! ~smack. |

for that money you could get a tama rockstar custom and a set of sabian pro sonix and have enough for some cases and maybe an extrat cymbal or something depending on where your looking. www.rockfactory.co.uk is excellent for drum stuff. And 800-1000 aint cheap, that'd prob get you a good kit
