i thought i'd add to this new wee forum:

so me gav & walker from sicktrick and dave of california's the definitive measure have started an over seas band. we all share the guitar, bass, vocal, drums and just put in what we can. it's basically just a chance to write fast tech tunes for a laugh.

we only have a midi version of one of our songs so the quality is well rubbish.

Because whilst Give Up is a great album, the quality and charm it holds has been eroded by the band becoming the sound track to every cliché driven and angst ridden teen drama that has appeared in the past 18 months.

Also, it's not a patch on DNTEL.

Also, Death Cab should have gave it up years ago.

Also, I strangely have high hopes for the new Postal Service material... for around a month then saturation point will be reached and it will sit on the shelf for the rest of time.

I haven't really gone deep into deathcab's stuff yet, I've only heard 'plans'..

I don't really watch Tv or go to the cinema so I don't really over-hear tracks if I don't want to. except razorlight. fucking bastards.
