Unsigned Scots group to appear on top US talk show
Unsigned band Freefall are to appear on the Dave Letterman show in the States. The band from Barrhead near Glasgow are being lined up to play a short live slot on the legendary chat show.
The group also made history last year when they became the youngest band ever to play at the Cavern Club in Liverpool, the same place where the Beatles were discovered by Brian Epstein in 1961. The band are Sean Gillies, 16, Gerard Smith, 16, and brothers Colin and Ewan Smith, 17 and 15 respectively. They are still looking for a deal despite the support of various stars in the industry.
