That's a pretty wide range of stuff covered there. Well done to all artists/bands concerned. No one genre dominates so I think those involved in selecting these guys and gals have done well.

I was wondering, is there any sort of urban artist performing or any submitted demos? It seems to me that all these festivals and things seem to revolve around alternative music, which is a shame. Even something electronic would be cool. I don't know those in the list so i might be missing something.

Ok i'm not sure if it's got anything to do with this thing but we've been confirmed as playin in the dca on the 1st @ 7pm

i think it's the music in video showcase due to us having a tune on that dundee skate video...

again when i said yeah we'll play i didn't know it was for this but reading whats already been posted it seems to me like it is...

so yeah you can go ahead and let folk know that Dirty Wee Middens will be playing the DCA on the 1st.

Are you guys fairly well involved in the Dundee skating circles? I'm thinking about expanding the site to cover things like that in the near future.

Out of 70 demos, 3 at the most were electronic based... pretty disappointing it has to be said IMO. The rest is all alternative.
