Dundee Blues Bonanza 2008
Now in its 14th year the Dundee Blues Bonanza kicks off this weekend. Starting off in 1995 the festival has year upon year grown to become one of Europe's most important Blues festivals. This year over 130 acts will be taking part across 34 venues in the city. This year the committee responsible for organising the event have decided to donate 50% of any profits made from selling the official programme during the festival to the Maggie's Center following the recent passing of two of the festivals well known participants, Dennis McBride and Calvin Baldi.
The festival runs through from Friday 27th to Sunday the 29th of June 2008. |

Aye, it's definitely getting bigger and bigger every year. Hopefully I'll catch some of the events this weekend.
