Yr village and its inhabitants are randomly generated. Keeping your town weed-free, blossoming with various fruit and flowers attracts more villagers to move in. If you play online or locally on the wireless villagers will move in from your friends' towns, and move out from yours. Sometimes villagers move out from yours when it gets crowded and/or you neglect them. x

Go to your Town Gate bit and theres two dogs. One on the left gives you free stuff if you ask if there's anything lost, the one on the right will tell you your friend code and what nots.

I got really confused about the whole golden shovel thing, I thought that it would be like the Gamecube version with the tree and everything, and then I realised what actually happened..

Mitzi the cat is *always* getting sick. It's a pain in the arse and I always have to go traipsing out to Nook 'N Go to buy her some medicine. Not like it makes a difference, she gets sick again the next day!

Rodeo moved out of my town. After he decided that I was too decisive for him he up and left.

I got this today, one of my villagers is considering moving out already

Is it the kind of game you only play for an hour a day or whatever? I've paid off half my mortgage already, done the town tune, planted flowers, caught fish etc. and there's seems to be nowt to do now 'til tomorrow!

Yes, the first day you get it you'll probably spend a while discovering what can be done, but it's the kind of game that will then only really need a few short visits every day to keep things ticking over and see what's happening in the Cro'.

And this is the beauty of it.

The thing in the town hall totally hates me and says things under her breath or it shows what she's thinking etc. and it's not nice!
