US / Jap / EU games work on all DS units
... or are they region locked? I know the PSP is universal but is the DS?

another thing, buying from Japan will mean the power adapter is Japanese. Where do I get a uk adapter from? Lik-Sang has a UK adapter on their European store but there are no pictures so i cant be sure that its the right one.

I love this, my brother got TRAUMA CENTRE last year or something from japan; it's so awesome it's not true. Limited replay value though... kinda like a lot of DS games, should maybe get some swaps on the go? i will post a list later.

I'm looking forward to my DS coming through. I got Brain Training to see what all the fuss is about. 1.5 million copies sold in 1 week :S
There is a good review of Trauma Center in the reviews section. I thought about gettin a usb power cable but i dont want to lug a laptop around with me just to charge it when i'm on holidays. its a good idea though.
