There are loadsa different versions!

Do i just need Counter Strike :Source $19.95

or do I have to get Source Multiplayer pack $39.95

Just been reading up and it says that it's a basteard to get into due to all the other millions of people that play it religiously taking headshots before you even know which gun to use etc.

Thats gonna be a pisser if I get killed straight away and have to wait on the next round

See, now that would be good.

Don't get me wrong, I am a long standing player of ET, UT, etc just not played Counter Strike.

i have learned though that you can run faster with the knife drawn

PC Specs R:

Athlon 64 3800+ Dual Core
4GB Crucial DDR2 RAM
ATI X1300 GFX Card (which will be getting replaced soon)
24" Dell LCD Monitor
Soundblaster Audigy 2

I use a 9600pro in my main PC and apparently the X1300 is marginally better so should be okay. I used my 9600pro to play half life 2 and it handled it no probs and that was on an Athlon 2700+ with 512MB ram.
