i'm still trying to get good. i think my ratio is 0.65 113 kills to 165 deaths :'( but thats on one server. Another i'm 514 out of 16,000.

I'm still learning!

I'll get there though. My main problem is not knowing the maps very well. Once I get them sussed KJ better watch oot!!

lol, I could run around Dust, Dust2, italy, office, aztec, train and cbble with my eyes closed. Once you get to know the maps then you start to learn tactics for each of them and when you get to that sort of stage, you just start "owning" people, like me and my mate Gary in the Aztec and Dust screenshots above.

haha yeah I know all the stock maps off by heart too, except that crappy piranesi.

Is Counter Strike Source just a newer version of the original CS? I bought Counter Strike Anthology last week. I'm still rubbish but I'm totally getting into it.

Another question, what is Latency?

its a version of CS using a newer engine. I've never played the original though so i cant really comment on the differences. It looks great though and plays just as well.

Latency: In networking, the amount of time it takes a packet to travel from source to destination. Together, latency and bandwidth define the speed and capacity of a network. So i guess the lower the latency the better.
