not sure mate, i've never been a big one for Futuremark benchmarks, so i dont know how they calculate their points.

I'd rather see how the system will perform in a real game.

This is true fyi

Unless the two graphics cards are drawing two different frames, then you will never get double performance. Two processors will never result in double the performance of one processor, because of the overhead of synchronising the two.

No it effin never. I sent Overclockers a web note yesterday asking where it was and they said it was out of stock. Not a happy bunny, especially as when I ordered it the website said it was in stock.

I listed my current GFX card on ebay on Friday in a 3 day auction, so now I'm going to have to use my 9600pro again until it arrives.

Really dissapointed in OCuK as they are usually really good.

I'm pretty happy with that.
3D marks = 5285
SM2.0 = 1891
HDR/SM3.0 = 1873
CPU = 1521

I just added up the scores you wrote above for yourself and it actually adds up to 4838.

Which is correct, the 3dmark score or the bits that make up the total 3dmark score?

As you can see, mines is 5285

what mouse did you get? I have a razer diamondback - first time i used it i found it way too sensitive, took 10mins getting used to, now any other mouse is just way too slow.

3D marks aren't just the sum of the other 3 - try it with a crap graphics card, you can get a higher CPUscore than the 3D marks score.

think it just must be a coincidence that your 3D marks are the sum of your other scores.

Yeah, it is a Razor Diamondback I've got. I couldn't believe the huge difference from my mx700!

Starting to get the hang of it now though
