Dissolved mp3's - feedback needed

Not feedback in that comforting whiny screechy noise you get from uber-distort.

We have had 4 of our 5 recorded tracks uploaded for a while now - had a few plays but no feedback whatsoever. I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.

Balance - Tear - Guthrie & Brown
Crisis - Tear - Judgement

(Apologies for the use of purevolume & audiostreet - website is still under construction.)

Any feedback will be welcomed... actually thats a lie...

Ok... I could understand if nobody could be arsed going to the site and listening to the tracks - but I was just checking the stats and there have been quite a few plays since I started this thread... why no responses?

Stop being polite/lazy you motherfuckers and say something!!

I would really appreciate hearing the opinion of someone who doesn't know Colin, Adam or myself. It's hard to tell if your friends are being honest when they say they like your stuff.

oh... umm...

well, i think that the level of volume of each sound against the others is real good- know what i mean> cause often you can't here vocals, not just in crappy recordings, but in gigs too, and its quite a clean sound which is good- only i don't like music like this too much. its a bit sinister for me... so i don't know if its good- maybe if you like that sort of thing...

Okay I just listened to the songs. I didn't really like them to be honest. The thing that put my off the songs was the James Hetfield inspired style of singing. I suppose it is good for what it is but I don't like metal and I didn't like them songs. There's my two cents...

James Hetfield?! Really?! Hmmm... I suppose it is kind of a Hetfield style but it's certainly not Hetfield inspired - I am the only one in the band who isn't a Metallica fan - yeah I dig their talent but I've barely listened to a whole album.

C'mon bitches... there have been more plays but no more posts.

We need more feedback because right now we are suffering from a gig shortage mostly due to the fact that we tend to confuse some people with our style, we're too heavy for some punk bands, too pussy for some metal bands and too offensive for wedding bands.

LISTEN... RESPOND... please?

Id say you were a mix of punk and rock, not really metal tho.

i listened to "balance" - it usually stands outs during your set aswell.

No bad, not really my type of music, but its generally well structured and effective.
