I went to see them when they supported MUSE and they fucking played them off the stage. Every song was amazing.

makes me quite angry because the old songs were rockin!

Hundred Reasons are dreadful. They sound like Ocean Colour Scene gone mad with a bit of gain.

Thanks to them, we have other pish such as This Girl. This pish usually involves "expected unexpected" stops and starts with whiny vocals.

I should know cos I supported the cunts 2 1/2 years ago and the fat bastard of the bassist was a right arrogant dick. He didnt even laff at my joke when I tried to jest about having a fast right hand to play bass.

The singer was cool though as was specto-bismol on guitar.

I don't know how but i managed to get my hands on a compolation of demo songs by HR and it kicked the shit out of there new pop emo stuff. It sounded more like Will Haven meets Tool. But they are still exelent live though!

Thumbs up

I went to see Hundred Reasons playing in Dundee twice, once at the westie when there was about 20 people at the gig and then at On Air East where there was about 35 people at the gig.
Some people have been late in discovering this band, particularly in Dundee.

it's always the same, though..

every band who gets big has done minor shows, with limited amounts of people. the people who weren't there notice them when they get bigger and get airplay etc. so it's not really discovering them late, it's just discovering them when they actually can.

that probably made no sense... i just woke up.

I thought Hundred Reasons got old pretty quickly..."Ideas Above Our Station" doesn't quite stand up to "Relationship of Command" but still, they're pretty cool and I reckon they'd kick bum-bum live.

P.S I doubt it takes much to play Muse off the stage....
