Barenaked Ladies Tour. (Glasgow)

BNL Tour in Glasgow Carling Academy

Oh how i wish i could be attending the apperance of the Barenaked Ladies Tour in glasgow for the second time in a year. I was there at the first one at the beginning of the summer, so i think i'll do a review on it as i will not be attending the new album tour .

These guys are the Barenaked Ladies, as draw by myself.

Europe Live: Glasgow, UK 5/01/04 Disc 1 and 2
Disc One:

Maybe Katie
Too Little Too Late
Straw Hat And Old Dirty Hank
Adlib
It's All Been Done
Another Postcard
Celebrity
Adlib 2
I'll Be That Girl
Sell Sell Sell
Be My Yoko Ono
For You
One Week
Bass Solo
Upside Down

Disc Two:

Alternative Girlfriend
War On Drugs
Brian Wilson
Old Apartment
Shopping
Pinch Me
If I Had A Million Dollars
Make My Heart Fly
Call And Answer

These are the songs preformed at the first gig, which are now on a boot leg.
The 'Ladies' have more energy than a wound up elastic band and i like it. I can't remember much of that night actually, apart from that i had a good time. The first tour was in aid of the 'Everything to Everyone' CD known as the E2E tour by BNL fans, but the tour now is for the 'Song for the Holidays' album, which is now in the shops to buy. For more information have a look at www.bnlmusic.com. As for my review thats it, i can't really type much as i can't remember much. One thing i do remember is that the support band were called The Honoymoon, they were kick ass and their album 'Dialogue' is also in stores now. But as i say i can't remember much apart from the energy they created.

If anyone is going to the tour in glasgow, please tell me, so i can kill you and nick your ticket.

You missed out Maybe You Should Drive in the wee list of albums under the picture. Also, should Steve not look more like Cartman?

I went to see them in Aberdeen earlier this year and hopefully I should be seeing them in Glasgow in November.

They are without a doubt my favourite band and it was something checked off 'my list of things to do before I die' when I saw them live.
