SELF MADE MAN are now officially on hiatus because there are only 2 band members left, they are:

Norrie - Vocals
Rob - Guitar / Vocals

But this is by no means the end. We still have the same passion and desire we had for this band and concept right at the start. We will rebuild and come back stronger and better than ever.

We are here to advertise for and seek out potential
- bassists *
- guitarists (2nd) *
- drummers

there are certain requiremnets you must meet in order to be considered for a position in the band

- you must have all your own equipment that allows you to be gig ready.

- u must do politics. we are a politically orrientated band, (with a bit of personal situation thrown in) so pay attention to the lyrics and makes sure you are comfortable with them please.

- dedication and desire are a must. we take our music seriously because we desire to make a career from it. anyone who doesnt want to take this same path need not apply.

- self belief is a must. this does so much for a person and without it the task in hand becomes a lot harder.

- ability: if you do not feel you have the ability to meet the standards already met in previous recordings of our material, please do not waste our time. if you are close or there abouts, polish up your skills with constant practice and gives a shout.

- lastly wat are you willing to sacrifice? if you are at college/uni or work and were in the band and then one day the band had a chance to be signed (on any level) and go on tour (of any magnitude) would you be willing to drop everything and go for it?? to this the answer must be yes. if it is no then we have 2 words 4 you: FUCK OFF!!!
