What are your views on the Queen and the Monarchy as a whole. Do we really need her and the whole family? Are they simply a tourist attraction or do they provide more to the UK than simply a way of bringing in tourists.
Have yer say....

I dont think the Queen and the family are actually much good at all
BUT it would be too much effort to get rid of them easily, so i say we just leave them there, if they want to ditch the monarchy, do it when i'm dead, that way i wont be affected by the whole process ![]()

At least he is a comedian dude. The queen cant even break dance, and she didnt have the balls to sing on stage the other night. Bah, what kind of hip queen is she meant to be? <img border="0" alt="[Elvis]" title="" src="graemlins/elvis.gif" />

Well all of our armed forces, police etc are usualy the ROYAL ... whatever it may be. The government wants control of the police which would be very bad.
In all honesty, i usualy do talk about extream situations but imagine extream ZERO TOLERANCE... Tony Blair has betrayed the very people who founded the Labour party. It is clear that he would take ZERO TOLERANCE to an extream - can u imagine being arrested for passing a political opinion on a board like this? This sort of thing has the potential to happend under a republic. The monarchy must stay. |
