I wouldn't say it was a complete waste of money. The government obviously feels that there's an apprehension and if you watch newsround, terrorist attacks are number one on childrens list of fears. I think it's got some nice information about being trapped in debris and stuff...we're living in a day and age where terrorism is a threat, we can't really erradicate that threat so I don't see any problem with spending some money on trying to help us if god forbid we end up in that situation.

You can say I'm being harsh if you want, but I think anyone stupid enough to not know the main points in that booklet already would be better off dying. Then when we rebuilt the country, all the idiot neds and drug addicts etc would most likely be dead. Leaving us with a much better society to live in.
