See Michael Moore was at the convention last night in NYC and was booed and heckled by the crowds of republican supporters and then targetted in John McCain's speech.

F 9/11 was a really biased movie, but he did but his point across. Bowling for Colmbine was better. More light-hearted.

It kicks ass that Moore reacted so well.

McCain continued "...disingenuous filmmaker who would have us believe that Saddam's Iraq was an oasis of peace when, in fact, it was a place of indescribable cruelty, torture chambers, mass graves, and prisons that destroyed the lives of the small children held inside their walls."

Bush wont get re-elected. The crowd were chanting '4 more years!' to which Moore retorted '2 more months!' haha class. I hope he is right.

How touching.

I don't think Bush will last the four years... the enviroment will implode before his second term ends, in a massive explosion of oil and 'nuculer' power.

I was at Sonic Youth last night, and like every gig I've been to involving an american band recently, they were totally anti-bush. Does the opinion of role models count for nothing these days?
How come with such massive public opposition to the gaj is still doing so well in the polls?

I was thinking last night about the whole "vote Kerry cos hes better than Bush" strategy.

Has no one realised that if Kerry wins then Bush can still stand against him in 4 years time? So I suppose everyone will have to vote for the Democrats again then, and again in 4 years etc.
