Thats just dumb. how can they allow saunas in edinburgh if they plan to ban this? All the people interviewed for that story are women too. I wonder how differently it would read if they'd asked their male 'experts'!

porn is huge business with a turnover into the billions every year not to mention all the porn you can get for free on the net (not that i know anything about that...) so the consumption of porn takes place on a massive scale, therefore if it made you sexually violent wouldn't sexual crimes be more prolific?
also if porn makes you violent then wouldn't any exposure to nudity or sex make you violent? should we expect women (or men) to completely cover themselves so our violent sexual desires do not overcome us at the forbidden glimpse of cleavage or ankle? how could we safely reproduce if any form of sex might throw us into a murderous rage?

nope, no idea wether this kind of legislation will lead to an upsurge in violent sexual assaults or more sexual intimidation.

dress it up how you like, we're animals and the amount of sexual pleasure we get has a massive effect on our moods and the way we interact with other people (hence losers taking out their frustration by flaming on message boards etc *cough* )

Remember guys, all porn is sexist, because equality means that women should have the right to do things that politically correct types approve of, but not do anything that they don't approve of. That's equality after all.

Porn oppresses the women in it, but not the men involved. No, not at all. Only women are capable of being oppressed through porn.

Of course, we all know that there is 100% scientific proof that people who watch porn are violent to the opposite sex. I mean, it's not like someone would make something like that up to foist their agenda on others

i heard that all porn stars are repeatedly raped and they dont get paid (im not joking, just watch late night god channel)

is it these types of mp's that want it banned or not? i dont know much about this topic. i do on the other hand know a lot about porn...not that im lonely
