Yeh but it would make people realise that you cant just go about killing and abusing people.

Sometimes the sentences you hear of are pathetic and only insulting to the victim of the crime. Say a serial rapist, for example, gets only a few years - the minute they're realeased, they are free to move anywhere in the country and reoffend.....great.

I agree with Abi, If someone has broken the law in such an incrediblely sick way like that there should be a special ruling meaning their rights are stripped and the government dealing with the offender in an equaly horrible desgusting way as they have treated their victim - maybe even worse

if someone breaks the law in such a manner, they should have thier hands and (if a male, i.e. child rapist) dicks cut off before they get put to jail. that way, all the inmates would know why that person is in jail, and beat the living fuck out of them every day for being suck a sick bastard.

yeah because that won't make them go even more mad and destroy all possibility of rehabilitation will it?

the prison system is a complicated matter, its not just black and white, it would be good if they treated every prisoner with the individual punishment that they deserve....like bupa meets....the punisher or sumthing

Wasn't there some guy who couldnt be locked up with the other prisoners because it was too much of a risk for him, so they kept him in some sort of house in the prison grounds, and he had a TV and everything in his room?
Or am I just getting reality confused with TV land again?

What about the people who have to punish them? Don't you think it would have negative effects on them?

aye, coz someone should have the chance to get back on the streets after they have RAPED A CHILD eh? good call.

criminals like these should not have the chance to rehabilitate.

I suppose it would but there are people who have to do worse for a living, plus im sure if it was justified they may not care, i dunno its a tough one..

Killing people in cold blood for my job, no matter what they have done, would drive me insane. I'd probably end up killing people outside of work.

what about people in the army?? i suppose that isnt cold blood they do it for a reason just like the people who would kill the prisoners

But lots of men who have been in a war in the army are severely traumatised.
