UN report condemns Guantanamo. US says fuck you

How come the US expects all UN resolutions and investigations to be enforced but when they themselves are under scrutiny the first thing they do is dismiss it and insult the UN.

A recent report by the UN has recommended that America shuts down Guantanamo Bay because a lot of activity and treatment of prisoners amounts to torture and inhumane treatment of prisoners who should either be tried or released.

I think they're saying that the evidence provided by the UN isnt valid as they havent actually visited Guantanamo Bay apparently. It is interesting to think their may be no one that could make the US government kinda stand in line. Except maybe north korea hehe, what does everyone else think on this?

Even if there were another country as powerful as the US, there's no way they could keep the US in line without starting world war 3.

totally, the fact that many countries can develop nuclear weapons is also quite scary, although no one is going to want to start a nuclear war so they act as a detterent also

totally ,its a threat thing, its just a pain in the arse to think how much money is wasted on designing these weapons just to make a point.
