UFO study finds no sign of aliens

But what do you think? It's taken them 4 years to come to that conclusion and by coincidence Gary McKinnon is facing extradition to the U.S. to face charges of hacking NASA, FBI and the US ARMY networks to find information relating to UFOs.

I personally find it hard to believe that we are the only ones in the universe. Perhaps we have not been visited by aliens but it doesn't make sense that life can exist here but not on other plants, and given the sheer size of the universe it has to be possible that there exists life forms as advanced and probably more so than ours.

I'm on the fence personally. I think it's quite possible that there is life out there, but I'm not going to believe it as fact until I see some hard evidence. There are too many unknowns out there to say either way.

If they are out there, then it's highly, highly unlikely that they've visited us.

I doubt aliens have visited us and this explanation seems quite plausible. I wouldn't put my money on it though, but would only be convinced of aliens visiting Earth if I saw it for my own eyes.

Read that the other day and thought it was quite interesting. I doubt he'd get a very long sentence if tried over here and if its true they need to come forth with evidence showing real "damages" then I bet NASA wouldnt be willing to reveal what he's actually found and done so might get away with the fluffier computer misuse act.

I caught something a while ago with that crazy(esque) astrologer guy (wears the monocle) where he did an interview with someone where it more or less said that Earth has been pretty much exceptional in having an environment where life can live, however they never once dismissed that it was quite possible.

As KJ said it seems quite weird to think that in the magnitude of the universe that we are merely a one off, specially considering how wank we are in the grand scheme of things...

I recon there is a high chance that there are life forms on other planets, but what is to say they are more advanced than us? what is to say they arent at the equivilant of the jurassic age, or even if they are at the same level as us they could be on the other side of the universe coming to the same conclusions that there is nothing else out there
