£300,000 discrimination against women

The Equal Opportunities Commission has announced that over the course of their lives, women are discriminated against to the tune of £300,000, due to the gender pay gap.

And that is working women, never mind all the unemployed carers in Britain, the vast majority of whom are women, who are entitled to about £45 a week which the government says is the equivalent pay to a full time job, despite the fact that many of them are working round the clock and on-call constantly. And that carers allowance is tax deductable.

Aye it's completely mental, pay should reflect the importance of the job, either within the structure of the company or society at large, being male or female has fuck all to do with how important your job is.

When I worked for social work there was a huge range of pays for the same job, and no-one knew what everyone else was getting, however when I was gathering evidence for my court case against them I came across the pay list for my unit and was really shocked at the wide variety of pay.
Obviously in jobs where there is a set wage then there aren't discrepancies between gender pays, but it's where there's bonuses, performance-related pay and commissions that the differences creep in.

and what about male carers? why is no one outraged for them!

PS i think everyone should be paid for the job they do regardless.

Male carers get £45 a week as well! Of course I care about them too, but the vast majority of them are women. If the vast majority were men I would go as far as to say that the rate would be much closer to the equivalent of a full-time job by now!
Give me an example where men are discriminated against in favour of women.
