The majority of "emo" type kids ive met come across as fairly posh well behaved mini moshers. With added accessories.

When its not cool anymore itll all change..

Definitely, kids will move on to the next alternative trend at some point, just as they moved on from nu-metal. Given the length of time nu-metal was popular, it can't be too long now. Maybe another 1-2 years at most.

id say its already started to decline, the amount of emo-kids around town has dropped quite a bit.
