UGS site restructuring

How often do you use the main site?

Would it make sense to merge the main site and the forums to create a new UGS where all the information is available from within the forums. The forums would be modified to cope with this.

I never usually go to the main site, i've got the forum bookmarked as my fav so just go there. It's only when theres nothing else to read that i check the main site, which isnt very often.

Merging the both would make sense.

I usually just go to the main site to get a link to the forums. I say merge em. Or start building up the content of the manin site.

there's a "main site"? wow...

nah, i've only ever been on it once to get an allergo mp3 or something. don't ever use it, so merge merge merge.

merging would be cool as fuck

get everything in the menu at the top there, gallery, band directory, reviews etc.etc.

but the main page (ie when you type www.undergroundscene.co.uk) should be a welcome page where you register. and have links to all the different bits.

keep it simple, i always thought the main bit was too cluttered.
