He's not been banned. He has been ignored for his constant personal insults and flaming of the forums. He'll be unignored in the near future when the karma of the site returns to its healthy level. What he did is not normal behaviour for the majority of users of this site hence why this action has been carried out. Please read my response in the thread with over 150 replies about this topic.
