agreeing with ~smack, I think a pay per feature option is better

10bucks for premium, 10bucks more to increase attachments size, bigger inbox, extra forums etc. As a one off rather than per month. (or whatever figures)

This would not only get more cash immediately but would be easier to manage than monthly subscriptions from multiple users.

maybe 5bucks and you can see who leaves you rep unless they pay 5 bucks to stop people seeing their rep? Lots of people ask for it.

I had this option when I ran the kerosene forums. People paid me a £1 at Kerosene and I changed a users title. many a good laugh was had from that and it paid for board to be advert free.

Also started a few arguments and fallouts too though
