30 sec post limit

Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 30 seconds."

Has this been in place all the time or is it something I've only just noticed. No idea how I managed to post so quickly cos I read an article in a link and then posted. Ah well.

sometimes I accidentally press the reply button twice and get that message, but it's cool because my message has already been posted
