small queries

a few of these come to mind from time to time, and i think other people might wonder little things too, so put them here. a couple i have right now are:

why don't multiple spaces show in posts?

and

why does it stop you from posting all in capitals, but lets you if you edit the post?

multiple spaces??

i dunno about the capitals thing, but i'm guessing that it's to stop you from SHOUTING

sometimes i find it helps if you don't put a full stop after.

or if you just put [ b][ /b] (without spaces) afterwards it lets you type in all capitals.

the spaces thing is just another automatic common sense thing. If you want to draw pictures, do it in paint and host it then use IMG tags.

If you want to post block capitals, highlight whatever you have in capitals, and select the 'verdana' font.

You cant have multiple spaces because well html doesn't let you. When your post is "echoed" onto the page it is displayed in html. On a website writing <b>i am {insert multiple spaces} a sheep</b> will come out as i am a sheep. Why its designed like that... i dunno but it is

dont think i've explained it well but meh.
