User Galleries update

Ok i've made a slight change to the galleries. From now on all registered users get 3mb of space and a file upload size of 80k.

Regular users (500+) posts get 5mb space and 80k upload size limit

Premium Members (subscribers) get 10mb space and 80k file upload limit

Premium Plus Members (subscribers) get 20mb space and 80k file upload limit

That's cool. I like looking through the galleries. Eveyone should at leat have a picture of themselves in there. So we can put names to faces. Not compulsory obvioulsy, I wouldn't want this turning into some kind of ID badge thing.

lol. i'm trying to get it busy, the galleries haven't been as popular as i'd like. depending on the takeup i might increase the space allocation for users, so that can only be a good thing.
