Playlist and Feedback

Ive seen a noticable increase in the number of street-teamers etc spamming the site.

How about having a subforum of Playlist (feedback?) where people can post requests for people to check out new artists. That way we arent deleting the streetteam spam and people can also have somewhere to ask for feedback on their band without it falling off the page from "I just bought these CDs in Grouchos" and "your favourite metal from the 80s" type threads?
