Hello! Ok all those subscribing I'm pleased to announce a new addition to the site, called Groups.

What is it?
It's a groups commune. The original idea is that forums with lots and lots of forums on the front-page suck, as a result i thought most of the conversation was rather obscure in regards to what the forums were trying to achieve, so it'd be nice to have that all going on elsewhere, not detracting away from the content and stopping your front-page from looking like a car crash.

You can access the groups page and start creating some groups. Basically you lot are my testers so feel free to go an play around, but when making groups try and make them good ones instead of just random groups for testing purposes

Once I get some feedback on this I'll put it live for all to use across the board. I'm hoping this will allow people who share similar interests to start their own discussion groups which they can look after and this will reduce the clutter on the home page.

Off the cuff, I can see nothing really wrong with it.

It would be nice to change the group image to a relevant picture. Maybe I'm just missing where that is though.

Also as group initiator, do I mod? I would like that.

The links in invites don't seem to work properly. They return you to the front page of UGS.

I'll spend this weekend making some changes to it, some images are missing too and aye relevant group images would be good.

I managed to join a group using the link in the invite someone sent me... i'll see if anyone else had this problem.
