dont no if this is a big problem but if you go to web links,
then 'Band Promotion Sites',
then 'noseboard',
then 'rate this site' ,
then 'Allow other users to rate it from your web site!'
then no.1)text link, click the link and it goes to 'File not found' page

dont no if you know i hopre u can find ur way thru them direction
