500 members

ok, here is the deal. Since i have just spent a small fortune on bandwidth for the site the other week, i want everyone to go out and get as many people to join up to the forums as possible. We should aim for at least 500 new members by the end of October. It can be done. This site has seen the traffic to and from it increas 10 fold in the past 3 months, so there is no way that it cannot be done. Tell everyone on your MSN list about the site, put a small link to it on the bottom of every email you send, things like that. Now that we are putting on gigs and organising shows, the traffic is going to increase. 6 new members in 24 hours is a good start, but we want more, and more posts also.

Please, if you have any ideas for getting the site more coverage and exposure, please let me know and i'll do something about it.

Your help would be bloody brilliant. Oh and remember, we are having a merry get together this monday in the Balcony Bar, Dundee. Drinks are apparently £1

errr i might have an idea. You know how you posted flyers about dundee when you first started the site? Have you done that in other towns/cities as well? also get bands playing about tohave some sort of flyer thingy to hand out at gigs n shit. I can't make the pissup this week i have shitty exams. grrrrr
