Also, Tom, who is on UGS, but not online, asks to be put down. He can play anywhere but prefers to play in midfield.... preferably taking on 11 men before aiming the ball towards the sun.

id be up for this, if others cant make it/drop out. Preferred position in the centre of midfield just ahead of defence or just behind strikers, but will play anywhere. altho im shite in goal cos im only a wee lad

what about allocating a list of people who can play in positions

stick your name next to the preferred position and 2nd preferred position

goalkeeper - stuartmaxwell

left backs -
right backs -
centre back - stuartmaxwell

I might be up for this actually. I have a mate as well who is always up for a game. Not commiting to anything but I might fancy this.

I can play pretty much anywhere but work best as a second striker doing the donkey work. I run a lot is what I am trying to say without being total fit. I do a decent enough shift.

I would rather play in goal though as it's my favoured position (and until I get the all clear from the surgeon i shouldn't be playing outfiled ) :-)

And I know we're only supposed to put 2nd preferred positions but I'm happy playing at any of the defensive positions when fit.
