Annnddd... If anyone ever got those shows in school, do you remember Through The Dragons Eye? With the dragon, obviously, and the orange person.
They had to go on a quest to find these glowing blocks or something.
Highlight of Primary!
I remember Through The Dragon's Eye from school - like all good programmes for children it was messed up.

I think the first two you refer to there are The Riddlers (with the ACE theme tune) and then that Samiad thing or however you spell it. Both pleasing shows as well

Yeh i remember being on the sofa with my mum, and then The Riddlers would come on after This Monrning I think.

I miss the old shows.
Although I am a huge Balamory fan because Archie can make some crazy stuff.

No the guy had lots of scales, and was browny coloured... and a big long tail.
He looked like a boy in a scaley rat suit.
And he waddled.

The Balamory staff had traffic diverted on Union Street last weekend as they were switching on the Christmas Tree lights!

No one I knew went though and I was late for work as it meant my bus was late. Damn their eyes!

amazing
One of the shows on TV that reminds me of my carefree childhood. The seeds man...those fucking seeds. How exciting were those plants? I'd say make a new series but greenclaws would have a robot suit on and the owl would become a magical scotch pie and theyd probably replace the weird neurotic skinny submissive with some limp soulless cunt like Cat Deeley. Kids tv is so shite these days. hmmmm.

Ah, kids programmes

Always a good topic of conversation!

A few weeks back me and a couple of my mates were sitting in the pub reminising about all the kids cartoons/shows that we watched and saying how kids cartoons are nothing like that now a days. They say that they are trying to make them educational, I mean whats eduacational about the Teletubbies? If anything it just encourages kids to say eh-oh instead of talking properly! There was nothing wrong with our kids cartoons, I mean most of the folks my age turned out ok (subject to opinion, lol)

I was able to help both my mates out by telling them the name of the shows that had been bugging them for ages but they wouldn't believe me about Greenclaws, I couldn't remember the name and I was trying to describe the programme to them but they thought that I was making it up! The name finally came to me when I was lying in bed and once I had told them one of them then remembered the programme!

Ah, childrens cartoons oh the good times

My parents would only buy cartoon memorabilia when they went to America, so i would always get figures that would be really popular six months down the line or not at all. So one Xmas i got so annoyed with this that i took all of my Bionic 5 figures (about fifteen) outside and proceeded to throw them into the air as high as i could until they were all broken. Every one of them mutilated and then i waited for my parents to come out and they said "Ryan, why did you do that?" and i said "I don't know"
