finally got to see my first ever black books episode the other week there and i have to say that i thought it was brill

i will watch more of it when i get a chance

I saw Dylan Moran live @ Manchester on Sunday and he was as funny as fuck! Bernard Black is obviously based strongly on himself. Also a lot of his material was reminicent of BB but not a ripping it off.

Bernard is pretty much exactly like someone I know:

into books, alcoholic tendencies, sharp wit.

He's a great character

Haven't seen much of the new series, due to the lack of a tv

Seen a couple of episodes though - quite liked them.

Haha but anyway yeah, Black Books (when I've seen it) has made laugh quite a bit. I like it!

Only £30!

I was rich but now I'm not, but at least I have something to keep my occupied when I have to stay in due to lack of funds

i had series 1 & 2 on dvd anyway.so i just bought series 3.but for those with none,the box set is a wise investment

Some say I am Bernad Black with my lack of style, long coat, messy clothes and even worse hair (when not wearing my hat). All i need is the wine, fags and to shout and swear @ every1. sounds like fun!
