nah i liked it but i know some people who hated it, thinkign gervais is pretty arrogant but thats just his style i guess

bo selecta was brilliant in the first series, its sort of deteriorated since then. one of the funniest bits i saw on it was a piss take of justin from the darkness going for a piss

At first i though BS was kinda funny but the jokes are pretty much the same but worse. The impersonations are appauling so i don't get why its funny. saw one about manson meing obsessed with mannatees. WTF? And then Mel C... funny maybe one or two times but again and again and again...

Although the dance for Rod Stewart was class.

The impersonations are meant to be way off, but I think Matt Lucas and David Walliams did a better job of this kind of thing on Rock Profile. The Mel C is funny but it sounds quite similar to Vic and Bob's Councillors Cox and Evans.

What with the topical references to Big Brother and such, Bo Selecta has a really short shelf life.

I agree with you, although i didn't laugh. I tried my hardest to find that show funny, but eventually i just ended up physically abusing myself to make myself feel a little less mentally violated.

I've never seen an entire episode of Bo Selecta, so I've sorta missed out on that craze. I have seen wee bits though, some have amused me, others have not.

I like the fact that the voices are way off. I find proper impressionists kind of embarrassing and they make me feel uncomfortable.
I admire the fact that you NEVER see the Bo Selecta guy out of character. The spiderman outfit that he's been wearing recently was nice too.
