The Strongest Boy In The World
Ok, so who watched the programme on Channel 5 earlier tonight, about the strongest boy in the world?
He had the body of a strong-man weightlifter. I personnaly think it was a form of child abuse, they had him doing the spilts with his feet resting on two chairs, then passing him REAL heavy weights to hold. He must have been about 7 or 8 at the time. His mother said she started stretching his muscles when he was just months old. This is bound to cause problems in later life as the ligaments and muscles are still developing. A doctor said that no child of 6 years old could have that amount of muscle unless they had been taking steriods, yet he was given a drugs test and passed it. this is his personal website Richard Sandrak. I find the pictures there really disturbing. It is not natural for an 11 year old to look like that. |

I'm all for body modification, but not when you're essentially forced into it. if the blood test is right, and he didn't take steroids then he's obviously quite unique, but it should be his choice, not his mothers. and since no infant can actively decide to bulk themselves up like that, he should probably never have ended up the way he did.

Yeh, they say he enjoys what he does. But as you stated, how can a child of months old say whether they like having their limbs pulled every which way. And he has lost out on his childhood, which he himself stated last night in the programme. |
